As brothers, we grew up fiercely competitive with each other in games, sports, pretty much in every way you can imagine, and in ways that should not even be possible. We also learned how to work together towards a common goal, and how to earn money for more adventures. In both cases, we had to learn how to play to our own strengths while acknowledging the abilities of the other. It is this brotherly insight that we bring to business, how to build to your companies strengths without disregarding your competition.

Jon Creach

Professional Background:

I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit and officially started my landscaping business at 18 years old. This experience allowed me to put myself through college at Oregon State with some real hands-on experience. When it was time for a career change, I spent seven years as a licensed financial advisor, where I honed my skills in financial planning and management. Realizing my passion was more on building businesses, I left the financial industry and served as the Operations Manager at a landscaping company. We grew the business from $800K to $3.2M in revenue over 3 years and gained valuable experience and understanding of how to scale operations efficiently and effectively. I have helped with various projects in different fields over the years and enjoy the unique challenges they present.

Hobbies and Interests:

Riding motorcycles is something I’ve always loved. When I couldn’t find a riding group, I co-founded Central Oregon Sportbikes on Facebook, and it’s now grown to over 3K members. These days, finding people to ride with is a breeze!

Off the bike, I’m usually on the pickleball court, on the soccer field, or in my kayak. We are truly blessed to live in such a great place that supports all these hobbies.

Professional Background:

I've had the opportunity to work across multiple departments in different companies, including fieldwork, HR, Systems Administration, Project Management, Marketing, and sales. This diverse experience has given me a unique edge in identifying areas for improvement within a company by focusing on systems and processes that work well for every department. Viewing business through multiple lenses has taught me to spot opportunities for improvement and develop solutions from various angles. Having moved across many departments, I developed the skill to liaison between teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page and working towards common goals.

Hobbies and Interests:

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors. Hiking, paddleboarding, doing handstands in epic places, and snowboarding are activities I really enjoy, but rock climbing tops the list—I even set up an indoor climbing wall in my home office to keep the adventure alive year-round.

I am passionate about travel, exploring new places, and learning from different cultures. Recently, I completed a walkabout in Australia, and I’m eager to continue my travels, exploring Iceland, Switzerland, and across Europe.
